A Practical, Experiential Immersion
Building on the foundational teachings of Chakras, Charge, and the Energy Body and Psychology of the Chakras, this advanced course takes you into the work of therapeutic healing through a fully embodied, chakra-based approach.
This is not simply a study of the chakras — it is a deep dive into working with the nervous system, its charge, and the life force to facilitate deep resolution and holistic integration. This is sophisticated work that integrates body, energy, consciousness, and belief.
Everyone gets a chance to both receive and facilitate a session using these techniques, with Anodea's expert guidance.

A Trauma-Informed, Chakra-Based Method
You Will Learn How To
In this course, you explore how trauma becomes stored in the chakras as patterns of excess and deficient charge, and how to resolve trauma through regulating the charge flowing through the energy body and nervous system.
- Do a comprehensive assessment of trauma patterns and chakra imbalances
- Track and regulate charge — the life force energy that animates experience
- Work with aspects of trauma, such as the freeze response, the trauma vortex, and incomplete survival impulses that get trapped in the body
- Safely discharge the high-energy charge of trauma
- Re-negotiate trauma safely and anchor new meaning

Each chakra is explored not as an isolated center, but as part of a living, integrated system — learning the unique ways trauma expresses itself through each level.
Prerequisites & Eligibility
Who This Course Is For
- Those who have taken Chakras, Charge, and the Energy Body in person or online and want to deepen their understanding of charge work
- Those who attended Psychology of the Chakras, or have equivalent familiarity, and want to take this into therapeutic practice
- Those working toward Sacred Centers Certification in the Healer Track
- Therapists, bodyworkers, coaches, or facilitators seeking to deepen skills in somatic psychotherapy and trauma work
This training assumes fluency in chakra theory, charge work, and character structure assessment. Prior training is required. Limited to 14 students, by application only.
