To me, the clarity and the practicums in the teachings have really helped further my understanding and my work. Life Feels Better Now

Anodea Judith is more than a teacher; she’s a bringer of miracles. I’ve spent many years of my life feeling stuck and unable to manifest anything. That led to times of feeling depressed I tend to have big dreams, but I’m not so good at bringing those dreams into concrete reality. Huge Influence on Me Personally

Anodea, you have had a huge influence on me personally as a student and the impact it has had on me as a teacher. Your work was instrumental in helping me connect the mind-body in a theoretical way and then apply it to a yoga practice that I had been deeply committed to for years. I have studied the energy system (and psychology) in many settings and am finding that your vision and understanding is vast yet delicately nuanced all at once. You teach with such startling clarity that all the pieces I’ve learned are being strung together into an integrated whole that makes sense on every level. Because I have taken these courses several years ago I would have to say that what I have learned has just become a part of who I am and the teachings infuse everything that I do.
